Impressive Showing at the Hadley Chase

This was the first race for many of the walk-ons, making it the first regatta of the season featuring the full novice and varsity squad. Many of them were eager to get on the race course after the past weeks of practice in Coventry.

The Huskies had three entries in the 1V8+ event. The 1V, 2V, and 3V respectively placed 4th, 7th, and 16th. The Novice debut did not disappoint as they swept the N8+ with first and second place finishes, while also winning the N4+ event.

The team seeks to carry this momentum until October 27th where they will travel to Saratoga Springs, NY for the Head of the Fish Regatta.
